Responsibilities
• Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social platforms, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial evaluations
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines for software development, cloud, infrastructure, and support roles
• Manage offer rollouts and documentation
• Track hiring metrics and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Requirements
• Experience in IT recruitment or familiarity with tech roles
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements at once
• Quick learner with a proactive sourcing approach
• Knowledge of ATS tools is a plus
