Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist

Overview:
SoftOneTech is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist who can build a consistent stream of high quality leads for our software development, mobile apps, CRM, ERP, eCommerce, cloud, and IT services. The ideal candidate understands B2B technology markets and can create targeted outreach that turns cold prospects into warm conversations.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and segment potential clients across industries like healthcare, fintech, retail, and education
• Build targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn and other data sources
• Run daily outreach through LinkedIn, cold email, and other channels
• Craft personalized messaging that clearly communicates our services
• Set up simple funnels to track interest and responses
• Coordinate with the founder for follow ups, calls, and closures
• Maintain weekly reporting for leads, conversations, and booked meetings
• Test new outreach angles, industries, and campaigns to improve results

Requirements:
• Experience in B2B tech lead generation or outreach
• Strong research and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM or sales automation tools
• Ability to write concise and effective outreach copy
• Comfortable working in a target driven role
• Understanding of software development and IT services is a plus

Key Performance Indicators:
• Number of qualified leads generated weekly
• Number of booked meetings
• Response rates on outreach campaigns
